The case study below outlines the partnering approach used by North Shore City Council (NSCC) during the period 2006 – 2010.

It presents their long-term water services partnership with Bilfinger Berger Services and the project partnership formed to build the complex Rosedale Tunnel and Outfall.

This project included participation from McConnell Dowell, AECOM (previously Maunsell), and AURECON (previously Connell Wagner).

Taylored Solutions was involved in facilitating the establishment of the partnerships, implementing the ongoing engagement processes, and conducting periodic relationship Health Checks.

The focus of these relationships was the delivery of great community outcomes while working through challenges in a collaborative way.
