Stakeholder Performance Appraisal (SPA)

The Stakeholder Performance Appraisal (SPA) is a powerful means of obtaining a holistic view of your business, through the eyes of your stakeholders.

All stakeholder groups are asked to give the same feedback against a series of questions that reflect the overall performance of the business – social, commercial and environmental performance, as well as performance in relationships with Employees or Customers.

In addition to these rating questions, respondents are asked to provide their feedback on the SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) they perceive for the business.

As reported in the prestigious European Journal of Marketing (EJM 39,9/10) this survey produces an overall performance score which can be used to benchmark and is also a predictor of future profitability.
