Partnership Evaluation Survey

The Partnership Evaluation survey is a powerful means of gaining online, anonymous feedback from people who are involved in the partnering relationship.

It can be used to monitor trends and ensure that any issues are known. For example: it may highlight specific issues, such as a lack of collaboration or more general ones such as the value of the relationship not being apparent to Customers.

- We work together collaboratively to achieve the goals
- This relationship offers competitive advantage
- We have clear communication channels

There are 17 questions to be answered as well as four qualitative questions which seek input from people about the SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) they see for the partnership.
