Coaching and Mentoring
Additionally, Taylored Solutions are well placed to fulfill the role as either a coach and / or mentor on your strategic partnering journey. The advantage of a coach or mentor is that it provides you with a one-on-one 'sounding board' for ideas; a space for reflection and an alternative, objective view-point.
There is often confusion between the terms mentoring and coaching. One simple distinction is:

- mentoring provides longer term guidance and support
